PASTOR'S AIDE MINISTRY
A pastor's aid ministry serves to financially, morally and spiritually assist the pastor in his or her ministry. Some of the ministry's duties include praying for the pastor and hisfamily, delivering sermons in his absence, raising funds for the church's special outreach activities and church maintenance and assisting with the planning of church events. The aid ministry is important to the pastor because it's their support that relieves his burdens when the job gets tough.
